Caesar Salad with Shrimps

Fresh, easy to prepare, everyone’s favorite Caesar salad. Just 20 minutes and a delicious salad is ready.


  • Shrimp - 300 g
  • Salad leaves - 200 g
  • Mango - 100 g
  • Anchovy fillet - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Crackers - 4 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation. Caesar Salad with Shrimps

Pour olive oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic cloves and shrimp. Roast well. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.

Anchovy fillet cut into cubes, add mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, pick them up and put them in a salad bowl.

Cut the mango into slices and place on the salad. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and spread croutons around. Immediately serve to the table.
