Such a perfect salad to mashed potatoes or rice, the delicate combination of chicken with squid, set off by light Apple acidity and a tomato. Hearty and tasty at the same time.
Cabbage – 300 grams;
Boiled chicken fillet – 300 grams;
Boiled fillet squid – 3 PCs.;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 PC.;
1 sour-sweet Apple of medium size.
Salt, natural yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice.
Fillet of squid cut into strips, and chicken – cubes. Washed and mopped dry tomatoes and apples, cut into halves, the middle with the seeds cut out, and after that cut into cubes (Apple cubes with a squeeze of lemon, then apples will not darken). Chinese cabbage, also washed and dried, thinly sliced, bell pepper cut into cubes. Take a salad bowl, mix in all the chopped vegetables and fillets, salt, season with sour cream or natural yoghurt and mix.
