Marinade. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar. Bring to a boil, put prepared squid carcasses. Remove from the heat and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Filling. Mak pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes, strain. Shallots and onions chives chop finely. Mix Ricotou, lemon zest, lemon juice, steamed poppy, two kinds of onions.
Carcass squid cut into strips, lay down on the pink plastic wrap. Top with stuffing and tighten the roll. Put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
