- Potatoes – 200 g
- Carrots – 200g

- Onions – 70g
- Apple – 1 pc
- Mayonnaise – 200 ml
- Salt – 3g
- Sugar – 15 g
- Mustard – 4g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sunflower oil – 150 ml
- Lemon juice – 5ml
Mix the salt with a little water, cover her beetroot and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, peel and grate.

Home-made mayonnaise. Mix the egg yolks, mustard, sugar, salt, sunflower oil. Whisk with a fork or electric mixer until thick, homogeneous emulsion. At the end, add the lemon juice to spice to taste.
Assembling salad. Lay out the salad following layers: Herring mayonnaise → potato onion mayonnaise → carrot apple → beetroot mayonnaise.
