Skewers in a jar with tomato sauce
The taste of a real picnic just in your kitchen will give you a kebab in the Bank with this smoke aroma.
- Pork – 1 kg
- Bow – 4 pieces
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp.
- Sour cream – 200 ml
- Vodka – 30 ml
- Rice – 230 g
- Smoked bacon – 200 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- For tomato sauce:
- Tomatoes – 0.5 kg
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Dill – 5 sprigs
- Cilantro – 5 sprigs
- Basil – 5 sprigs
- Parsley – 2 sprigs
- Pepper – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Mixed spices – ½ tsp
Preparation. Skewers in a jar with tomato sauce
Rinse the meat and Pat dry. Slice into 4 × 4 cm pieces cut the Onions into half rings. Mix the meat and onions. Divide the meat into two equal parts.

Tip: take a jar of the same height, as the height of the skewers.
