Kebab in Armenia is a dish of traditional cuisine, so here you can find a simple recipe for colorful delicious Armenian kebab.

lamb chops – 500 grams;
onions – 2-3 PCs.;
lemon – 1 PC.;
mutton fat;
ground black pepper, salt.
Meat cut into pieces of 25-30 grams, sprinkle with pepper, chopped onion, lemon zest, salt and add lemon juice. All this mix thoroughly, leave to marinate overnight in a cool place.
Nanizhite pieces of meat on a skewer and cook over the coals, lubricating the meat melted lard.
