curd (cottage cheese) – 500 grams (defatted);
milk – 100 ml (skimmed);
cocoa powder – 2 table. spoons;
fructose (honey) – 50-70 g (approximately 2 table. spoons);
gelatin (instant) – 15-20 grams.
Stir gelatin in Cup hot water. Just stir well to dissolve all lumps. Then pour it into a bowl, add the milk, cocoa honey (fructose) and put on a small fire. Warm the mixture until the cocoa is completely dissolved but do not boil. Remove from heat and add the cheese, mix well. The resulting mass whisk in a blender so that it became homogeneous. Now pour the souffle cups and send in the fridge for a few hours so that it thickened. You can cook in the evening, and at night put it in the fridge.
