Creamy rolls of trout with cucumber

salted trout 200 g;
soft cream cheese (Philadelphia) or thick sour cream for the filling;
cucumber – 2 PCs.
Wash the cucumber and trim the butts. One of them is necessary to cut neat circles and the second long bars (for the filling). Trout cut into thin slices to make it easy to wrap, each plate grease cream cheese. Put the cucumber sticks and roll the rolls. Then cut the rolls with a sharp knife into thick chunks about 2 centimeters. Put the rolls on cucumber slices, as pictured.
