If you like a pleasant acidity, this salad is for you. It looks incredibly fresh, and the taste of the salad very tender.
mushrooms – 300 grams;
chicken fillet – 300 grams;
sour cream – 150 grams;
cheese – 100 grams;
egg – 3 PCs.;
canned pineapples – little Bank;
kiwi – 1 PC.;
The mushrooms and chop the onion, then fry in sour cream. When they cool, lay them in a dish for salads. The first layer is ready.
Boiled in salted water chicken breast cut into pieces, then place on top of mushroom layer, grease mayonnaise. This is the second layer. Boil hard-boiled eggs, then grate on a coarse grater or cut into cubes. Lay eggs the third layer, again grease with mayonnaise.
Canned pineapples should be cut into small cubes, spread on the egg layer, grease mayonnaise. Grated on a coarse grater cheese will be the final layer. Kiwi cut into neat, equal pieces and decorate them salad.
