Steak with two sauces
Juicy, rich, seductive, well-done, with fragrant meat juice, delicious crust and soft inside – your perfect steak!
- Dorsal beef muscle (thick edge, thin edge, cutting)
For the sauce chemichurri:
- Parsley – 1 bunch
- Garlic – 4-6 cloves
- Olive Oil – 180 ml
- Wine 160 ml of acetic
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – ½ tsp
For the sauce headwaiter:
- Butter – 200 g
- Chopped parsley – 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
1 views Rare Medium. Cut the meat into steaks 5 cm thick. A little salt and brush with olive oil.
Tip: To prepare steak of any degree of roasting most suitable mascara dorsal muscle (tenderloin, meat on the bone, ribeye). Thick and thin edge in the shops and markets are often referred to as “sturgeon from beef” and “meat for steak.”

Tip: Only beef goes with blood. Pork and chicken can be eaten only after a complete roasting.
