Gorgeous and very simple recipe, creamy soup, such soft and delicate, it is a real pleasure for your stomach.

Ingredients:
vegetable broth – 1 liter;
potatoes – 500 grams;
butter – 50 grams;
milk – 150 ml;
salt – 1 tsp. spoon;
spices to taste;
greens – as desired.
Cut potatoes into small pieces. In a saucepan melt the butter and in it fry the potatoes on low heat 10 min. Then add salt and add spices of their choice, then pour the potatoes with hot vegetable broth and continue cooking for another 10 minutes Then add to soup, hot milk, blend all the ingredients with a blender to a homogeneous mass. Let the soup come to a boil, then turn off the heat. Feeding the soup, sprinkle with chopped greens.
