The cabbage in this salad goes very soft. The salad comes out with delicious and very juicy. This is a real vitamin cocktail.

Ingredients:
red cabbage – 1 head (small);
roasted beets– 3 PCs. (small);
orange – 1 piece.
pink grapefruit – 1 PC.;
liquid honey – 1 tsp. spoon;
olive oil – 5 table. spoons;
juice of 1 orange;
walnuts – 100 GMS (halved);
salt, pepper;
parsley.
Orange and grapefruit peel and divide into segments. Beets peel and cut into medium-sized pieces, chop cabbage. In a deep bowl, mix olive oil with honey and orange juice, then pepper and salt the mixture. Then add slices of orange and grapefruit. Cover the bowl with a lid, send for 30 minutes in the fridge. Then add in salad walnuts, beets, mix well and before serving, sprinkle top with chopped parsley.
