Pork cheeks

Ruddy, juicy pork cheeks with spicy sharpness, fragrant baked on a bed of vegetables. Polish recipe, where this dish is considered a delicacy.

Ingredients:

  • Pork cheeks - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc
  • Chili - ¼ pieces
  • Broccoli - 250 g
  • Dill - 3 branches
  • Oil - 20 ml
  • Flour - 40 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg - 3 g
  • Coriander - 3 g
  • Dry basil - 3 g
  • Lemon - 1 pc

Preparation. Pork cheeks

Wash and cut the skin of the cheeks with 1 cm of fat, cut into pieces of 5×5 cm.

Breading. Mix the flour, salt, black pepper, nutmeg and coriander. Zapaniruyte each slice and fry in a well-heated oil until golden brown.

Garlic water. Garlic squeeze through the press, mix with water. Add dried basil and chopped dill. Garlic water pour roasted cheeks.

Vegetable cushion. Onions, carrots and peppers cut into strips. Chili peppers remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Potato peel and cut into 4 pieces.

Broccoli thaw and pour water with lemon for 1 minute, so that it has lost its color during cooking.

Mix all the prepared vegetables, podsolite, put on a baking sheet, the laid foil in one layer. Top with the slides, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

Baked vegetable cheek lay on the pillow, garnish with bay leaves.
