Recipe for a rich, flavorful tomato soup originating from Sunny Italy. Cook it nice and easy.

broth from 2 chicken feet – 1-1.5 l;
sausages 5-7 pieces;
onions – 2 PCs. (small);
garlic – 2-3 cloves;
tomatoes in own juice – 1 Bank;
canned beans – 1 tin (white or red);
dried Basil;
pasta (any, here “star”) – 1 handful;
Parmesan cheese;
olive oil;
salt, black pepper.
Sausage cut into rings 1.5-2 cm wide, onion – finely. Then fry them in a pan with olive oil until the onions become transparent. Garlic finely chop, and add it to the pan, fry for a few minutes. Then pour the contents of the can with tomatoes. Stir and remove possible skoracki. After a few minutes pour the food in the pot chicken broth, cover with a lid and continue to cook over low heat for another half hour.
Then add to the soup beans, the meat from the chicken legs, Basil and a handful of pasta stars.
Gently season with salt, as the sausages give the soup extra salinity. Pepper to your liking. Follow the stars, they cook very quickly. Serve soup in a beautiful bowl, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
