Cake “Rainbow”

Cake Rainbow – treat children fabulous miracle. Prepare a real rainbow in your kitchen with easy-available products.

Ingredients:

  • Juice Burak – 2-3 tbsp
  • Carrot juice – 2-3 tbsp
  • Puree spinach – 2-3 tbsp
  • Blueberry juice – 2-3 tbsp
  • Blackberry juice – 2-3 tbsp
  • Egg yolk – 1 pc
  • Flour – Article 3.5.
  • Sugar – Article 1.5.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 75 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Egg whites – 2 pcs
  • Milk – Article 1.5.
  • Yogurt – 0.5 Art.
  • Cream – 2 tbsp.
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Soda

Preparation. Cake Rainbow:

Dough. Proteins with a piece of sugar, whisk in a thick foam. Then beat soft butter with sugar and vegetable oil, add the yogurt. Sift flour with baking powder and mix with soda. Add the dry ingredients to the oil-mass yogurt, warm milk and proteins. The dough should be loose and airy. The finished dough is divided into 6 parts and each part, add 2-3 tbsp natural dye. Put the dough into the molds and bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tip: To get the same size cakes, baking tins made of several layers of foil.

Cream. Chilled cream, fat content not less than 33%, whip with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Formation of cake. Promazhte each cream cake, putting on the colors of the rainbow. The sides of grease cream, garnish with berries.
