black tea – 1 table. spoon;
mint – 1 tsp. spoon;
cumin and 0.5 tsp. spoons;
cinnamon – 0,5 tsp. spoons;
Bay leaf – 1 PC.;
cloves – 2-3 buds;
ginger to taste;
water – 3 cups.
Pour into a small saucepan 3 cups of water, add mint, cinnamon, cumin, Bay leaf, cloves and ginger, bring to a boil and cook for half hour on low heat. Then remove from heat, strain and pour a tablespoon of black tea this infusion. Let it infuse for 5 minutes and tea you can drink.
