Just an incredible work of culinary art, sweetness, refined a touch of acidity that gives this pie its unique taste.
Ingredients for the dough:
flour – 200 grams;
butter – 150 grams;
sour cream – 2 table. spoons;
soda, slaked lemon juice – 0,5 teaspoon. spoons;
ground cinnamon – 1 tsp. spoon;
walnuts – 50 grams.
Ingredients for the cream:
cottage cheese – 150 grams;
curd cheese – 150 grams;
powdered sugar – 2-3 table. spoons;
kiwi 3 PCs.
Chop the nuts, mix in a deep plate with sifted flour and cinnamon. Let the butter melt, then whip it with powdered sugar. After mix oil mixture with flour mixture; also add the slaked soda and sour cream. Knead the dough to a consistency at which it would be soft, but the hand does not stick. Cover the dough with cling film and put in the fridge for half an hour. Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle flour. Flatten the dough across the form and carefully sculpt the edges.
Preparation of the cream: whisk cream cheese with powdered sugar, then put in the cream cheese, whisk again. On the cake put the cream cheese, and on top of the cream put sliced kiwi. Cake bake half an hour in pre-heated the oven to 180-200°.
