For the salad:

  • Potatoes – 500 g
  • Apple cider vinegar – 20 ml
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Onions – 140 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pieces
  • Mustard beans – 30 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper
