Cherry Slash

Preparation. Cherry Slash

Refreshing, invigorating cocktail with fresh cherries for 5 minutes.


For the cherry juice:

  • Ripe cherry – 1.5 kg
  • Sugar – 100g

To Slash:

  • Ripe cherries pitted – 200g
  • Cherry juice – 100 ml
  • Ice – 300 g
  • Spice – 50 g


Cherry juice. Fresh cherries to nip hands. Strain through a fine sieve. Boil juice over high heat, add the sugar and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Cool.

Cherry Slash. Ripe cherries pitted cherry juice and carrot chop immersion blender. Ice cubes in a crush crushed ice. In a glass pour crushed ice and fill a glass of cherry Slash. Drink immediately serve.
