• oatmeal – 1.5 cups;
• onion – 1 PC.;
• carrots – 1 PC.;
• vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
• salt, spices – to taste
Pour the cereal with boiling water until swell. In vegetable oil sauté chopped onion and grated carrot. Make the stuffing: mix the soaked flakes with prepared vegetables, season with salt. Preheat the frying pan and with a spoon put the stuffing. Fry on both sides and serve with vegetables.
