It is impossible to resist such a tasty vegetable dishes from the oven. You will certainly get a real pleasure, after tasting the eggplant, cooked in this recipe.
eggplant (medium) – 1 piece.
tomato (big) – 1 PC.;
garlic – 2 cloves;
dill – a pair of branches;
hard cheese – 50 grams;
Take the aubergine, cut it into circles, then put into a bowl, add finely chopped dill, salt, squeeze the garlic and add. Well all this mix. Cheese grate, tomatoes cut into slices. Put the eggplant circles on a baking sheet, place on top the slices of tomato, then again, circles of eggplant and slices of tomato, sprinkle with cheese after. Bake eggplants in preheated oven at 200° about 25 minutes. Cool the eggplant and serve, decorate top with herbs.
