Preparation. Baked Greek fish

Scented greenery, the fish turns out juicy and with a Golden cheese crust. Beautiful dish with a touch of the Mediterranean.

fish fillet – 700 g;
hard cheese – 300 grams;
tomato – 3 PCs.;
garlic – 2 zubochka;
mayonnaise – 250 grams;
the juice of half a lemon;
green onions, Basil;
dill, parsley.
Divide the fillet into portions and RUB with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop all the greens and garlic and tomatoes finely chop, cheese grate. Mix greens, tomatoes, garlic and half of the cheese with mayonnaise. Smear this mixture into the fish fillets and sprinkle with remaining cheese, then bake fish in the oven for about half an hour at 180° on a lightly greased baking sheet.
