Great casserole with a rich creamy taste, looks just gorgeous, while it contains three kinds of cheese, which are wonderfully combined with the rice and ham.
- boiled rice – 4 cups;
- mozzarella cheese – 100 grams;
- ham – 100 grams;
- carrot – 1 PC.;
- parsley – 2 table. spoons;
- milk – 1 Cup;
- cream cheese – 150 grams;
- grated Parmesan cheese – 1 Cup;
- salt, pepper.
egg – 2 PCs.;
Mozzarella cheese and carrots to RUB, cut the ham into small cubes, parsley, finely chopped. Mix chopped vegetables, ham and boiled rice in a bowl.
With a blender whisk the milk, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°, the form for baking grease with butter. Place the rice and cover with sauce. The baking time will be somewhere half an hour, until Golden brown.
