Here is another tempting way to combine meat and vegetable dishes. Interesting combination of Turkey meat and rich bean taste, nicely set off by crunchy sesame seeds.

Turkey fillet – 300 grams;
milk (water) – 1 Cup;
flour – 0.5 cups;
frozen green beans 300 g;
soy sauce – 1 table. spoon;
olive oil – 1 table. spoon;
vegetable oil – 0.5 cups;
sesame seeds – 1 handful;
egg – 1 PC.
Milk, flour, eggs and soy sauce make the dough. Turkey meat cut into not very large pieces. Ammonite the Turkey pieces in batter on a well-heated pan fry it in vegetable oil on both sides. After put the finished fried pieces of Turkey on paper towels to soak up the excess fat. Then sprinkle fillet in batter with sesame seeds. Defrost green beans, season with salt and sauté in olive oil until a delicious crust. Turkey meat served with beans.
