Preparation. Sesame-fried cheese
Grilled cheese is a perfect quick Breakfast, delicious and nourishing at the same time!
Cream cheese (Olterman in this case) 200 grams;
egg – 1 PC.;
flour for breading;
sesame seeds for the breading;
pomegranate seeds for decoration.
Cut cheese into small pieces. Prepare three plates: one with flour, second with the beaten egg, the salt and the sesame seeds. First Ammonite each piece of cheese in egg, then in flour, then again in egg, and sesame. Fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil cheese on each side for about a minute. Once that is done put the cheese on paper towels, allowing to absorb excess fat.
